Management and Support
We not only sell and install systems, but also manage and stand behind our work. We support what we sell, and work tirelessly to ensure that our clients' systems are running as they should.
Billing and Ticketing
Our world class billing and ticketing platform, with 24/7/365 service, sets us apart from our competition. Depending on the service agreement package you sign up for, you will either be speaking to one of our top-level engineers, a first or second-tier technical support consultant, or directly with support agents who will call you back within 12 hours.
Building Systems Support
Our Building Systems Support includes a wide array of specialized services, including IT infrastructure, connectivity management, and managed security solutions.
As an in-house Building Service Provider, we bring in a dedicated commercial fibre connection to distribute it amongst the tenants in the building or complex. This service includes the billing, the after service, and the ongoing technical maintenance of the infrastructure and associated hardware and software.
Managed Computer Solutions
We provide a number of managed computer solutions that fit any business model: we can provide an on-premise server and manage it; we can be your managed cloud consultant, and set up your organization to work from anywhere, or in an online server environment; and we can help you grow your small business with ongoing support and insight.
Our specialty is working with you and your business process, and fitting the right technology with what you are looking to accomplish.
Procurement
In many cases, with enough lead time Streamline Intelligence can reduce up-front building costs from 10% to 25%.
